Our leadership includes the Chair of Manhattan Community Board 12, bringing direct experience leading public processes, setting priorities, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating with City agencies.

Bilingual and Community-Rooted

Our principals work fluently in English and Spanish and understand the operational realities facing New York City’s small businesses, nonprofits, and community-based organizations.

Principal-Led Support

You work directly with IOG’s principals—not a rotating team of junior staff. This provides greater continuity, accountability, and attention throughout each engagement.

IOG is structured as a woman- and minority-owned business and is actively pursuing applicable M/WBE certifications. Once formally certified, eligible engagements may support prime contractors’ established participation goals. Current certification status is provided below.
